Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hot water
- ½ cup fresh orange juice (or mix of orange + lemon/lime)
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
- ½ cup cold sparkling water (plain or citrus-flavored)
- Ice cubes

Procedure
- Sift matcha into a small bowl to remove clumps.
