From its history and Japanese traditions to the different grades you see today, this workshop is designed to help you understand matcha beyond what’s in your cup.

You’ll get hands-on experience whisking two different types of matcha, learning how preparation can change the taste, texture and experience of your cup.

Expect a session that brings together storytelling, learning and hands-on experience, whether you're completely new to matcha or already a little obsessed with it.
