We set up live matcha bars across Delhi NCR, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. For events elsewhere in India, we don’t travel with a live bar, but we ship guest gift boxes and bulk ceremonial matcha anywhere in India so your caterer can serve it.

Yes. We set up at farmhouses, banquet halls and hotel venues across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. We bring the ceremonial matcha, bamboo whisks, ceramic ware and styling; share your venue details in the enquiry form and we’ll plan the setup around your space.

Yes. A live matcha bar works well for office wellness days, product launches, client events and offsites in Gurugram, Noida and Delhi. Matcha gives calm, steady energy without the coffee crash, and the live whisking draws people together.

We recommend enquiring at least 3–4 weeks before your wedding date to ensure availability and adequate preparation time. For peak wedding season (October to February), booking 6–8 weeks in advance is ideal. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests, so fill out the enquiry form and we will do our best.

Our live matcha bar setup includes ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha, traditional bamboo whisks (chasen), ceramic bowls, and a styled bar presentation. Optional add-ons include trained staff to prepare and serve matcha to your guests, personalised signage, and Nokū gift boxes for guests to take home as keepsakes.

We scale to any event size, from intimate gatherings of 20 guests to large weddings and corporate events of 500 or more. We have no rigid minimums or maximums. Just tell us your guest count in the enquiry form and we will tailor the matcha supply and staffing accordingly.

We use exclusively ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha, sourced directly from Japan. Ceremonial grade is the highest quality matcha, stone-ground from the youngest tea leaves, with a smooth, umami-rich flavour and vibrant green colour. We never use culinary-grade or blended matcha at our events.

Yes. Our live matcha bar is available in Delhi NCR only, but we ship Nokū guest gift boxes and bulk ceremonial matcha anywhere in India with tracked delivery. Many hosts serve the matcha through their own caterer or café partner. Share your city and guest count in the enquiry form and we’ll suggest the right quantity.

We guarantee a personalised quote within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry. All enquiries are handled personally by our events team, not an automated system. Fill out the form at the top of this page with your event type, guest count, date, and city and we will get back to you promptly.
