How to use a chashaku

1. Scoop 1 to 2 heaped spoonfuls of matcha, about 1 to 2 g, for one cup.
2. Tap the matcha into a sieve over your bowl and sift it.
3. Add 60 to 70 ml of water at about 75 to 80°C and whisk with a bamboo whisk.
